Hiro responded promptly, spoke very good English and made booking incredibly easy. He took us to beautiful spots around Mt Fuji we might never have found on our own, and we never felt rushed. It felt less like a standard tour and more like exploring with a knowledgeable local.
Our group of 5 adults and 2 toddlers was in great hands. Taiki monitored the weather and Fuji forecasts like an expert, very experienced with families and small children, and had a few hidden gems up his sleeve.
Taiki and Hayato were the best and nicest tour guides I could have hoped to meet. They knew the perfect locations and tailored the trip perfectly to my needs — from sunrise to sunset around the Five Lakes.
We met Shu by chance outside the bus station and went with him instantly. He shared the history and culture of Japan and was curious about ours too. We’d recommend him to friends and family.
